Edge Peel and CQM Angle Plate Upgrade Kit

Q‐Card has developed an upgrade kit for its Peel Tester. The kit includes new fixtures to address the edge peel specification per ISO/IEC 10373‐1:2020 as well as Mastercard’s CQM V2.19.1, Method 2 modified peel mechanism with an angle support plate.

Q-Card introduces its Edge Peel/CQM upgrade kit for its motorized peel test stand. The new upgrade kit includes the modular ISO peel fixture, a CQM angle plate, two stabilizing plates with rails, two stabilizing plates for use with double-faced tape, a base plate for the thin film grip, a roll of double-faced tape and a roll of filament tape.

The new fixture upgrade kit is designed to perform peel tests according to the following standards:

- ISO/IEC 10373-1

- Mastercard CQM

Note: This kit is intended for use with existing Q-Card motorized Peel Test stands only.
